1. Platform Rules and Content Monitoring

Our platform is hosted in the European Union (EU) and is only for sharing your videos in a controlled way. Everything that is illegal in the EU is also illegal on our platform. Videos remain your property and your responsibility. However, we will monitor what you share via our platform using machine learning models.

If you do not comply with our platform rules, we have the right to close and/or remove your account at any time without the right to a refund.

2. Account Creation and Activation

After you create an account, it takes up to 72 hours before you can share your content with your viewers. If this takes too long for you, please contact us.

3. Data Privacy and Ownership

Data from your supporters is not used by us for any purpose.

Data from your channel is not shared by us with anyone.

You are responsible for the videos and data you upload into our platform and ensure that you have the permission and or ownership of that data.

4. Account Inactivity

Inactive free accounts will be deleted after 6 months.

5. Pricing and Payment

Payment is made in advance.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

All conditions and prices can be changed by us at any time with regard to new accounts. Existing account agreements will always be honored according to the agreements we make at the time of closing.
